Admission Procedure

• The registration for admission in class Nursery to VIII starts in the month of December and new session starts in the month of April.
• Children registered for admission in Class I to VIII are called for pre-admission assessment as per school rules.
• Admission will be offered only against vacancy.
• Class age relationship 6 years (to Class I)
• Class age relationship 10 years (to Class V)

(Age is calculated as on 31st march of the year of admission.)

Pre-Admission Information

• Montessori School is an English medium co-educational school.
• PRIOR REGISTRATION IS AN ESSENTIAL CONDITION FOR ADMISSION and the children can be registered for any academic year as per the choice of parents.
• THE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS I to IX CLASS CLOSES ON 31st of MARCH FOR EACH YEAR
• Selection for classes Nursery to SKG would be made on the basis of an informal interaction between the parents and school panel, and between the child and teacher on first come, first served basis. The date and time for the informal interaction would be available only after successful registration.
• Admission to class I and above are subject to availability of seats.

(a) Children registered for admission are called for pre-admission assessment as per school rules. The previous school record would also be taken into account. The decision of the school panel would be final.
(b) Registration is valid only for the year and class for which it is made.
(c) Registration of the students who do not qualify or are absent for the pre-admission process will be forfeited.
(d) Admission will be offered only against vacancy.

• Entry into classes other than Class I is considered only against withdrawals and dropouts.

For the Admission

If admission is offered after the test, you will be required

(i) To pay fees for April onwards on quarterly basis (details with admission letter), along with dues payable at the time of fresh admission, within a week, failing which the offer for admission will stand cancelled.
(ii) To produce the Transfer Certificate from his/her previous school.
(iii) To produce date of birth certificate issued by the Registrar, Births & Deaths.

New students who seek admission to classes – I to VIII will have to pay Rs. ______/- as admission charges and Rs. ________/- as annual charges.

• Nursery: Three years
• LKG: Four years
• SKG: Five years

Admission Requirements

Admission requirements for kindergarten to Grade 1

• Birth certificate
• Aadhaar card (Parents’ and child’s)
• Photographs (2copies each of child and both parents)

Admission requirements for Grade 2 onwards

• Birth certificate
• Aadhaar card (Parents’ and child’s)
• Photographs (2 copies each of child and both parents)
• Transfer certificate from the previous school
• Migration certificate if applicable
• Report card of the previous class
